What If

What if death is not the ultimate end? I have taken my time to analyse this phenomenon called 'death'. Often times, when someone dies, I see this sober comments and gesture from friends and loved ones. Invariably, they will psychologically disassociate themselves from such a deceased person. Consequently, I have been thinking lately; what if the life beyond is better than the life here? Its not enough for us to send parting messages to our loved ones when they die, but its preferable to believe that they have gone to a better place. Heaven? Hell? Whichever. Yes! Hell is real, but can God stand to condemn his own? I don't know. Life is man's ultimate test, the toils and turmoils; and then when he dies, he is free of all these. Even as a billionaire, life has a way making you uncomfortable either with fear of the unknown or fear of losing what has been made over the years. For me, the life beyond is better, more relaxing, better enjoyment and free of pain, worry and problem. So when someone dies, just smile and wish him a blissful stay in forever land.....#thinkingaloud

Potentials in Small Business

Maximizing the potentials in small Business
Like a vortex, business opportunities remains a moving train running, never stopping at any station to board passengers. As a matter of fact, it discharges passengers quickly than it boards and sadly, it does that while on the move. The conception of a business idea is like purchasing a seed, waiting to plant it. Advancing those thoughts and making the necessary moves with regards to the business idea is like planting the seed waiting for it to grow. Now, the planting season varies, abundance of rain and little sun, and then vice versa. When there is sufficient rain and sunlight, the seed sprouts and blooms. Invariably, when there is sufficient willpower, patience and when the nitty gritty required to make the business flourish is well placed, then the business can weather the storm, come what may. Every single business started small, the success of such businesses today was largely dependent on the potentials the entrepreneur saw in that business amidst the turbulent past. Microsoft, Dangote, Facebook, Apple Inc and other multi billion businesses across the globe started very small with destination the principal focus rather than the start point. Every little business has potentials, profit motive should be discarded at the beginning; such motives choke up the very progress that business will likely make. Like a seed, small businesses have changed the world forever and controls the entirety of nations economy in the scheme of things!

Africa's Talent Factory

Africa's Talent Factory is worth Infinity
Apart from the explored lands for discovery of Crude oil, Gold, Natural Gas and Water inherent in the fertile lands of Africa and hidden in the treasure of the continent's huge mineral resources deposits, one area is still left unearthed; Africa's talent factory. Sadly, numerical value can be ascribed to the worth of the aforementioned resources, but the worth of the talents is simply infinity. Amidst the constant battle against poverty, bad governance, war and various sectarian crises, the continent have a stronghold in diverse areas of sports, movie and the corporate industry. The mould of talents in Africa is rare, strong and expressive. It's like a double edged sword that cuts the deepest. Although, lots of these talents are languishing because there is no force to push it on! In the world today, there are various Oil exploring companies across the globe which includes Shell, Chevron, Mobil, MRS, Addax and much more. These companies scout fertile lands to explore crude oil and natural gas, and churn out billions each business year. But there are no talent scouts scouting for special talents. The worth of buying an oil well or exploring an oil rich area is the annual budget of the entirety of the 54 countries that make up Africa; and the cost of getting a talent therein is not worth a cent, they just need assurances that they will be well taken care of. Africa has rich history, tradition and myth; and a conversion of these trio to a movie series can bring hundreds of millions of dollars in return, with Africans participating as casts. In sports, there are lots of talents especially in athletics (marathon, mountain climbing), football, cricket and more. There are even willing players who wish to participate in Tennis, Golf, Basketball if only given the desired mentoring. So much said. Some of its talents are evident in the international community. Hakeem Kae Kazeem, Idris Elba, Lupita Nyongo, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Genevieve Nnaji, Whoopi Goldberg and the likes are doing well in the movie sphere. Philip Emegwali in ICT. Oostuizen, Gabresellasie, Okagbare in sports. Tuface, Sarkodie,Davido, Micasa, Mafikizolo, Falli Ipupa in music and so much more. Africa's talent factory is still left unexplored despite the discovery of the aforementioned acts. There are better talents still unearthed in the scheme of things!

Reminisce of Independence Day

It is yet another independence, another reminder that we are ageing as a nation and have gradually gone beyond the aura of golden jubilee climbing towards the 6 decade landmark and towering to being a century old in less than 5 decades. When we look at everything around us, do we cry, laugh, raise our shoulders high or left musing? 54 years and counting and the country's educational sector is an eyesore; 54 years and counting, thousands of citizens still queue at foreign embassies to obtain visas; 54 years and counting, there is no adequate development and hope for sustainable development for posterity. What I decry is that we should point at an achievement each independence day, but that is not the case here. Rather, each independence day, we count our losses and wipe our eyes with the back of our hands. We live in a beautiful country, blessed beyond imagination; yet we suffer because of the country's biggest plague, 'Bad Governance'. Enough said! Let us begin to see a reason why marking our independence as a nation should be a day we all look forward to and not just any other public holiday as we I see it...#Happy Birthday Nigeria..#sad

Business Controls Human Race

Business Controls Human Race
Every single aspect of human race have a start and link point, sadly there is an endpoint. But I have come to discover that Business controls the entirety of human race. Every single aspect of the social, political, entertainment, religious and even immoral world have a link with business. The foregoing have a strong bearing on human race because the tail end of it is monetary. According to research, SME's control a larger part of any economy worldwide and these enterprises are economic fortresses. Imagine a world were a hundred people doing well in a particular business each employs 10 jobless people. This explains that at the end of the day, 1000 people would have been employed by 100 active business persons. Now imagine a 1000 people in business employing that number or more, your guess is as good as mine. Business is the nucleus of human existence, it coordinates and clearly specifies the direction any economy will thrive. Like in football, business is the midfield where the entire play is determined. The downfall of the midfield is the beginning to losing a game; the downfall of world business brings the world to an abrupt end. Life is business oriented, people make millions of dollars chasing a round leather about; same goes with people who race with cars while others watch. Gone are the days when we have to work 8-10 hours a day just to make about a $100. These days, some people make as much as $4 million dollars every 6am (Bill Gates). Isn't it funny? This business ranges from technology, sport, entertainment, event planning, tourism and graffiti. These are lucrative businesses capable of changing a man's life forever. Apart from the aforementioned, whatelese makes up the human race? Nothing? Yes! Nothing. Invariably, business controls human race.
